Brazil Body-Circuit Toning

A fun dynamic mix of cardio and toning movements targeting the core, legs, and gluts. Movements are inspired from new and exciting workouts directly from Brazil! Get ready to tone your entire body and makeover your booty!


An indoor Cycling Workout! A great way to get in a vigorous workout burning calories, and keeping your muscles in shape. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc… You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal! Great for all levels

PurSue Cycle

is taught by Sue—her fun take on this class- in addition to what a cycle class is – Sue implements her Music and phrasing to add easy to follow choreography with light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Get ready to burn a lot of calories!!!

Step/TRX Circuit

Step is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the Step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. The Combination of both Step and TRX will for sure keep you motivated and will get your heart rate up for much of the workout. Using both the TRX and Step is a unique way of training your body implementing both Cardio and Strength to the beat of a fun energetic music.

Turbo Kickboxing TKB

an upbeat easy to follow workout that will push you to your fitness limits– TKB is a combination of kickboxing and dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge. Be warned, this class is addicting….


You’ve seen in on TV, now do it live at MMFC. Uses the science of “Muscle Confusion” to challenge your body with new moves and routines. P90X is a total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility.
